This website is for individuals suffering from treatment-resistant depression who are interested in participating in a medical research study. When depression symptoms are not adequately relieved with current treatments, it is sometimes said that these are symptoms of “treatment-resistant depression.” The purpose of this medical research study is to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of an investigational drug for adults who have not adequately responded to an antidepressant.
This medical research study is for individuals between ages 18 and 65.
A medical research study, such as this one, is designed to try to answer important questions about the effectiveness and safety of new investigational drugs by testing them on people. Before medications can be approved for public use, they must be tested in research studies.
